Custom mobile bar with stainless steel frame 

For a client of us we received a nice order to produce two custom mobile bars for use at large events. These two mobile bars differ from each other in the bar top. One of the mobile bars has a bar top 200 x 50 cm with sink at the right side the other mobile bar only has a drip tray from 200 x 50 cm and no sink. The frames of these two mobile bars are made from stainless steel. Both mobile bars have solid wheels so they can be moved over several surfaces easily. Every mobile bar has two dispense towers with 1 Alpha compensator tap at each tower. By using two 1-tap dispense towers you can make optimal use from the drip tray and space of the bar. 

These mobile bars are custom made for our client. These bars will be used for big events and festivals like carnaval in the South of the Netherlands and Kingsday. These mobile bars must have big capacity coolers to serve large volumes of good chilled beer. 

CWP 300 beercoolers from Lindr 

Both of the mobile bars are equipped with a CWP 300 beercooler from Lindr. The CWP 300 cooler has 4 cooling coils each with a lengt of 20 meters. We connected 2 cooling coils to each other resulting in 2 large cooling coils from 40 meaters each to make optimal use of the cooling power from the CWP 300 cooler. This length of cooling coils together with a powerful 2360 W cooling compressor results in cooler that can easily serve large volumes of good chilled beer for big festvials and events. As the CWP 300 coolers are vertical models we made a modification in the frames of the mobile bars so that the CWP 300 coolers can be installed in these bars. 

Use of the mobile bars 

These mobile bars will be used for big festivals and events. Our client uses these mobile bars for carnaval in the South of the Netherlands. With carnaval these two mobile bars have to serve 1000 to 1200 people with good chilled beers. For us it was a very nice project to help our client with 2 custom mobile bars for use at big festivals.
