Shipping & Warranty

Shipping strives to send your order on the day of the confirmation you recieved, if the products are on stock. Avarage delivery time in the BeNeLux is 5 business days. is supplier for the BeNeLux and northern France. Shipment to other EU and Shengen countries is also possible, you can always contact us for the possibilities.

Pick Up

You can also pick up your order at, however, you need to make an appointment so that we can make sure your order is ready to be picked up. When it fits in both of our agendas you can pick-up your order 7 days a week after appointment at no cost.

Not received correctly

When receiving your package, check the box for damage before opening it (see article 6 General Terms and Conditions). Then check the beercooler for damage. If you did not receive the delivery correctly, you should report it directly to the package carrier. If you do not, your insurance for shipping will expire.

Shipping Cost

You have the choice to pick up your products by appointment or to have them delivered to your home/business. The shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your package and the adress it has to be shipped to. The cost is stated in the payment. If your country is not included in our shop you can contact us for the possibilities and the cost of shipping.

Warranty new products

You have 2 years warranty on the products you purchased. If there is anything wrong with the cooler, please inform us of this with photos. We will try to help you digitally. If the problem is too big you can make an appointment with so we can repair your cooler or other product. If direct repair is not possible you will recieve an equivalent loan product and we will send your product for repair to the manufacturer.
