How high do I need to set the pressure on the CO2 pressure reducer?

The settings of the CO2 pressure reducer are according to the temperature. This means that when it gets colder the pressure also needs to go down and the other way around. This is important when pouring beer. When your pressure is too high the beer will spray out and when the pressure is too low you will just have foam. So as soon als you notice the speed of beer flowing out of the tap increases you have to reduce the pressure. Or if you notice there is more foam than desired, the pressure need to go up. So when the temperature changes, the pressure in the CO2 cylinder also has to be changed in order to keep pouring a perfect beer.

Take note: Because the Lindr coolers have a specific diameter of the cooling coils and a compensator tap the minimum pressure is 2.6 bar.
