How high do I need to set the pressure on the CO2 pressure reducer?

The settings of the CO2 pressure reducer are according to the temperature. This means that when it get colder the pressure also needs to go down and the other way around. This is important when pouring beer. When your pressure is to high the beer will spray out and when the pressure is to low you will just have foam. So as soon as you notice the speed of beer flowing out of the tap increases you have to reduce the pressure. Or if you notice there is more foam than desired, the pressure needs to go up. So when the temperature changes, the pressure in the CO2 bottle also need to be changed in order to keep pouring a perfect beer.

Take note: Because the Lindr coolers have a specific diameter of the cooling coils and a compensator tap the minimum pressure is 2.6 bar.
